The aim of occupational safety is to protect the health and working capacity of those who work in an organized manner and to humanize working conditions. Personal and material conditions must be created in such a way as to prevent accidents at work and occupational diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Occupational safety<\/strong>: Regulation of the requirements for organized work, the organizational and institutional system of legislation, its provisions, and their implementation in workplace practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work safety<\/strong>: Technical prevention, which uses a set of requirements to prevent accidents at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Occupational health<\/strong>: The set of health requirements that can prevent occupational diseases. Its two main areas are occupational hygiene and occupational health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The image also makes it clear that occupational safety is a team effort. Just as every team member has a role to play in achieving success in a game, so it is with us. The occupational safety specialist works closely with those on the playing field, but at the same time has serious consequences and responsibilities for each of the players. The occupational safety specialist must work closely with the employee, the employer, and the occupational health service provider. He is the team captain who leads the team on the path to safe work. Legislation and standards play a very important role, as they provide a regulatory framework. At the same time, we cannot win the game if we do not help each other in our work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
