Ennek el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9hez biztos\u00edtani sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges sz\u00e1mukra t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt a biztons\u00e1gos \u00e9s eg\u00e9szs\u00e9get nem vesz\u00e9lyeztet\u0151 munkav\u00e9gz\u00e9s t\u00e1rgyi, szervez\u00e9si \u00e9s szem\u00e9lyi felt\u00e9teleit. Pontosan ezt a c\u00e9lt t\u0171zte ki mag\u00e1nak az \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/net.jogtar.hu\/jogszabaly?docid=99300093.tv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1993. \u00e9vi XCIII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny<\/a>&nbsp;a munkav\u00e9delemr\u0151l\u201e (tov\u00e1bbiakban: Mvt.) is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az Mvt.-n k\u00edv\u00fcl azonban sz\u00e1mos munkav\u00e9delemmel kapcsolatos rendelet\u00fcnk l\u00e9tezik, melyek k\u00fcl\u00f6nf\u00e9le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cedit.hu\/munkavedelem-regi\/munkavedelmi-szabalyzatok-dokumentumok\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dokument\u00e1ci\u00f3s<\/a>&nbsp;k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9geket t\u00e1masztanak a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3k ir\u00e1ny\u00e1ba. A dokumentumok tengere els\u0151re tal\u00e1n nehezen \u00e1tl\u00e1that\u00f3, r\u00e1ad\u00e1sul t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g\u00fck elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se munkabiztons\u00e1gi \u00e9s\/vagy munkaeg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szaktev\u00e9kenynek min\u0151s\u00fcl. Ez a gyakorlatban azt jelenti, hogy v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sodnak szerz\u0151d\u00e9sben kell \u00e1llnia egy munkabiztons\u00e1gi, valamint egy munkaeg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szaktev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get ell\u00e1t\u00f3 c\u00e9ggel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Mvt.: \u201e8.\u2005\u00a7 Jogszab\u00e1ly egyes feladatokat munkabiztons\u00e1gi szaktev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gnek, illetve munkaeg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szaktev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gnek min\u0151s\u00edthet. A munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a munkabiztons\u00e1gi szaktev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gnek min\u0151s\u00edtett feladatokat csak k\u00fcl\u00f6n jogszab\u00e1lyban meghat\u00e1rozott munkav\u00e9delmi \u2013 a b\u00e1ny\u00e1szat ter\u00fclet\u00e9n b\u00e1ny\u00e1szati \u2013, a munkaeg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szaktev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gnek min\u0151s\u00edtett feladatokat pedig munkaeg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi [foglalkoz\u00e1s-orvostan (\u00fczemorvostan), munkahigi\u00e9ne, k\u00f6zeg\u00e9szs\u00e9gtan-j\u00e1rv\u00e1nytan, megel\u0151z\u0151 orvostan \u00e9s n\u00e9peg\u00e9szs\u00e9gtan] szakk\u00e9pes\u00edt\u00e9ssel rendelkez\u0151 szem\u00e9llyel v\u00e9geztetheti.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A szerz\u0151d\u00e9s megk\u00f6t\u00e9se nagy terhet vesz le a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 v\u00e1ll\u00e1r\u00f3l, mert a szakemberek elk\u00e9sz\u00edtik a sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges dokumentumokat, mint p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>munkahelyi kock\u00e1zat\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9st<\/strong>, melyben felm\u00e9rik a tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g, a munkak\u00f6rnyezet \u00e9s a g\u00e9pek, berendez\u00e9sek \u00e1ltal l\u00e9trej\u00f6v\u0151 kock\u00e1zatokat, \u00f6sszes\u00edtik a kock\u00e1zatok cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben megtett int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket \u00e9s javaslatot ny\u00fajtanak a kock\u00e1zatok minimaliz\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1hoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges tov\u00e1bbi teend\u0151kr\u0151l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>vesz\u00e9lyes anyagok nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1sa<\/strong>, biztons\u00e1gi adatlapok tartalm\u00e1nak \u00e1tvizsg\u00e1l\u00e1sa. Ez szint\u00e9n egy fontos l\u00e9p\u00e9s, mivel a haszn\u00e1lt vesz\u00e9lyes anyagok ismeret\u00e9ben tudja a szakember el\u0151\u00edrni a sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges v\u00e9d\u0151felszerel\u00e9seket, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a foglalkoz\u00e1s-eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szakorvosnak is seg\u00edts\u00e9get jelenthet az esetleges v\u00e9r- vagy vizeletvizsg\u00e1latok (biol\u00f3giai monitoroz\u00e1s) elv\u00e9geztet\u00e9s\u00e9hez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>egy\u00e9ni v\u00e9d\u0151eszk\u00f6z juttat\u00e1si rend<\/strong>, mely munkak\u00f6r\u00f6nk\u00e9nt tartalmazza a tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g sor\u00e1n viselend\u0151 v\u00e9d\u0151eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k fajt\u00e1j\u00e1t, v\u00e9delmi szintj\u00e9t, v\u00e9delmi k\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>orvosi vizsg\u00e1latok rendje<\/strong>, amiben ismertetj\u00fck \u00e9s szab\u00e1lyozzuk a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k munkak\u00f6ri orvosi alkalmass\u00e1gi vizsg\u00e1latainak ir\u00e1ny\u00e1t \u00e9s gyakoris\u00e1g\u00e1t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>el\u0151zetes \u00e9s ism\u00e9tl\u0151d\u0151 munkav\u00e9delmi oktat\u00e1sok anyaga<\/strong>. B\u00e1r az oktat\u00e1st mag\u00e1t b\u00e1rki megtarthatja, az oktat\u00e1si anyag elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se munkabiztons\u00e1gi szaktev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gnek min\u0151s\u00fcl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ezen alapvet\u0151 munkav\u00e9delmi dokumentumokon fel\u00fcl a v\u00e9gzett tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g f\u00fcggv\u00e9ny\u00e9ben sz\u00fcks\u00e9g van sz\u00e1mos egy\u00e9b \u201epap\u00edrra\u201d. Vesz\u00e9lyes g\u00e9peink, technol\u00f3gi\u00e1ink be\u00fczemel\u00e9se el\u0151tt el kell v\u00e9gezni a munkav\u00e9delmi szempont\u00fa el\u0151zetes vizsg\u00e1latokat, majd azt k\u00f6vet\u0151en rendszeres id\u0151k\u00f6z\u00f6nk\u00e9nt az id\u0151szakos ellen\u0151rz\u0151 fel\u00fclvizsg\u00e1latokat. Gondoskodnunk kell a l\u00e9tr\u00e1nk, k\u00e9zikocsink, b\u00e9k\u00e1nk rendszeres ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l, elektromos berendez\u00e9seink \u00e9rint\u00e9sv\u00e9delmi fel\u00fclvizsg\u00e1latair\u00f3l, k\u00e9ziszersz\u00e1maink szerel\u0151i ellen\u0151rz\u00e9seir\u0151l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sz\u00fcks\u00e9g\u00fcnk lehet biol\u00f3giai, k\u00e9miai, ergon\u00f3mia kock\u00e1zat\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s elv\u00e9geztet\u00e9s\u00e9re, hogy elker\u00fclhess\u00fck a foglalkoz\u00e1si eredet\u0171 megbeteged\u00e9seket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Egy esetleges munkabaleset bek\u00f6vetkez\u00e9se ut\u00e1n, azt mindenk\u00e9ppen nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1sba kell venni \u00e9s ki kell vizsg\u00e1lni, levonni a megfelel\u0151 k\u00f6vetkeztet\u00e9seket, valamint int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket kell tenni, melyek seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel a k\u00e9s\u0151bbiekben elker\u00fclhet\u0151k lesznek a hasonl\u00f3 balesetek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi levessz\u00fck a dokument\u00e1ci\u00f3s terhet a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 v\u00e1ll\u00e1r\u00f3l, de ne feledd!
