Unfortunately, accidents and activities involving injury cannot always be avoided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many people live under the false sense of security that \u201enothing bad can happen to me,\u201d but when trouble does strike, they ask, \u201eWhy did this happen to me?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cedit.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Munkahelyi-els%C5%91seg%C3%A9lyny%C3%BAjt%C3%B3-tov%C3%A1bbk%C3%A9pz%C3%A9s.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-775\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Section 20(1) of Decree 3\/2002. (II. 8.) SzCsM-E\u00fcM on the minimum level of occupational safety requirements at workplaces stipulates that every workplace must be equipped with first aid equipment appropriate to the nature of the work and the number of employees, and that a person trained in first aid must be designated from among the employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basic requirement for obtaining a driver's license is passing a first aid exam administered by the Red Cross.  The question rightly arises as to whether someone who has a driver's license can be designated as a first aid provider at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unfortunately, considering several factors, we can say that it is not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The health examination is only a condition for issuing a driver's license; it does not in itself constitute first aid training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exam will focus on a narrowed area of roadside first aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prospective drivers learn the first aid skills required for a driver's license in groups and in a very small number of hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acquiring knowledge is important, but learning about changes can only be achieved through first aid refresher courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As science advances and new knowledge is acquired, this field is also constantly changing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over time, the knowledge we have acquired in the past may now be outdated. Research confirms that humans<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>what you are reading             10%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what you hear               20%-\u00e1t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what you see                 30%-\u00e1t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what you see and hear      70%-\u00e1t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what you say            80%-\u00e1t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what it does            90% - it can remember.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is therefore important to provide employees with appropriate first aid training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Author: J\u00f3zsef Moln\u00e1r<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In our fast-paced world, we face more and more challenges, and we are not always able to deal with them.
