End of emergency situation
The transitional rules relating to the cessation of the emergency situation are amended as follows with regard to the Occupational Safety Act:
- § (1) Periodic inspections for occupational safety purposes may be postponed until the 60th day after the end of the emergency situation.
- a) periodic safety inspections of dangerous work equipment as defined in Section 23(1) of Act XCIII of 1993 on occupational safety,
- b) Section 16 and Section 17 of Decree 10/2016. (IV. 5.) NGM on the minimum safety and health requirements for work equipment and its use [hereinafter: Decree 10/2016. (IV. 5.) NGM] and Section 17(1) of Decree 10/2016. (IV. 5.) NGM on the minimum safety and health requirements for work equipment and its use,
- c) in the case of electrical equipment
- ca) installation inspection pursuant to Section 19(2) of Decree No. 10/2016 (IV. 5.) of the Ministry for National Economy,
- cb) standardization review pursuant to Section 19(3) of Decree No. 10/2016 (IV. 5.) of the Ministry for National Economy,
- cc) periodic inspection by an installer in accordance with Section 19(6) of Decree 10/2016 (IV. 5.) NGM,
- cd) periodic inspection review in accordance with Section 19(7) of Decree No. 10/2016 (IV. 5.) NGM,
- d) lifting equipment structural and main inspection in accordance with Section 7.2.7 of Annex I to Decree 47/1999. (VIII. 4.) GM on the issuance of the Lifting Equipment Safety Regulations,
- e) Periodic inspection of welding equipment and safety fittings in accordance with Section 8.1 of the Annex to Decree No. 143/2004. (XII. 22.) GKM on the issuance of Welding Safety Regulations.
(2) The medical validity of operator licenses that expired during the emergency and are required to perform certain activities at work shall be extended until the 60th day after the end of the emergency.
