Maintaining our health while working from home

Keep in mind that Act XCIII of 1993 (Occupational Safety Act) and its implementing decree (50/1999. (XI.3.9 EüM decree), which specifically defines the rules for working in front of a screen. If you believe that you have done everything possible to ensure that the physical conditions of work comply with the law, please also consider the harmful physical effects of sedentary work, which can have a significant impact on health.

 In our short video below, we have put together a series of short exercises that anyone can do. By performing these exercises regularly, employees can reduce the strain they experience while working. If the above-mentioned legislation already requires 10 minutes of other activities per hour during screen-based work, we ask that you encourage your employees to spend a few minutes of these breaks doing these exercises to maintain their health!

Maintaining good health is extremely important not only when working in the office, but also when working in front of a screen at home!
